At Blue Pottery Antiques & Gifts, our products are handmade, fragile, and often limited edition. Due to the unique nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a product that is different from the original product you ordered, please contact us on our WhatsApp number as soon as possible after delivery. Our team will review your order details and assist you with the appropriate solution.
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, size, pattern, or finish may occur because our products are handcrafted. Such natural variations are considered part of the character and uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.
